Reporting material

TabooIndex responds to good-faith notices concerning copyright, performer consent, identity, unlawful material, and distributor authorization. Send notices to legal@tabooindex.com.

Include this information

• Your name and reliable contact information.
• The work, person, or right involved.
• The exact TabooIndex URL and enough detail to identify the material.
• The basis for the request and any supporting documentation.
• For a copyright notice, statements of good-faith belief and accuracy under penalty of perjury, plus the signature of the owner or authorized agent.

Response

Material may be temporarily restricted while a report is reviewed. TabooIndex may consult the supplying distributor or studio, preserve relevant records, request clarification, remove material, or restore it when appropriate. Knowingly false notices may create legal liability.

Emergency reports

If a report concerns a minor, trafficking, non-consensual material, or an immediate threat, clearly mark the subject line “URGENT SAFETY REPORT” and contact appropriate law enforcement where necessary.
